A little bit of summer in January...

I am a little bit behind in my blogging as I haven't even blogged about our trip to FL yet!  We have been enjoying our evenings at home since Charles is on first shift now.  I forgot how much I enjoy cooking when he is home.  Cooking for just the girls and myself isn't nearly as great.  They don't appreciate it.  They are happy with the simple things.
We had a wonderful week in FL spending lots of time with family.  The girls were able to go swimming three different times and they LOVED every minute of it. We also had the chance to play putt putt a few times and ride the paddle boat swans.  Oh, I almost forgot.  Isabella made a tye dyed t-shirt and a piggy bank at the resort kids club. She loved every minute of it!   It was a good glimpse into what our summer might look like.  While in FL we of course had to visit Mickey.  We spent one  day at Magic Kingdom and one day at Epcot.  Charles and I always love Epcot and hadn't been in a while so it was a lot of fun for us too.
The girls, Grandma Geller, Aunt Eileen, Charles and myself enjoyed breakfast with the princesses in Cinderella's castle.  The look on Ellie's face every time a new princess came out was priceless.  She was in aw of everything about Disney. A lot of people wait to take their kids until they are older but Charles and I have taken ours at all different ages and have LOVED it for many different reasons.  We had fun exploring the new area of Magic Kingdom and Ellie loved the new Little Mermaid ride.  It was pretty good:)
We also spent some time at Downtown Disney.  One of the nights we were there we ate at the Dino restaurant which the girls choose and then they got to make their very own Build-A-Bear Dino.  They loved that, thanks to Uncle Steven and Aunt Eileen.  Charles and I seriously enjoyed our trips to Goofy's Candy Company.  We ordered rice krispie treats dipped in milk chocolate and then dipped in Reese's pieces (for me) and oreos for Charles.  They were delightful.  Speaking of which, I might need to make some for the weekend.  A little bit won't kill the diet, right?  On that note, here are a few pics from our trip!
 Enjoying the heated pool:)
Isabella and all of her pool tricks.
At this point, Ellie was in awe

Ellie has really began to like The Little Mermaid after this day:)  She even picked out a stuffed flounder for one of her gifts from Disney.
And then there is Uncle Steven who was in awe of Ariel before he even met her.
Riding Dumbo always creates great memeories.
 Beautiful little Ellie:)
A family moment in front of the castle.
 Always a pose.
