Summer 2015

This summer is just flying by.  We have been very busy.  Isabella started off the summer by attending Spring Hill Day camp at the Chapel in Fort Wayne.  Grandma and Granddad very graciously took her back and forth daily.  We enjoyed VBS in Michigan this year and I had the opportunity to volunteer in the 2nd grade room. I think Isabella enjoyed having me around. 

At the end of June, we headed to Pensacola, Florida.  Ryan is training at the Naval Air Base in Pensacola so we thought we should take advantage of this beautiful vacation spot while they are there short term.   We had lots of fun days at the beach and LOTS of time with our sweet nephew and cousin Crew. 

Isabella also had the opportunity to go to Michigan State's Musical Theatre camp this summer.  I would say this was the highlight of her summer.  She thoroughly enjoyed acting like a college student for a week.  She didn't stay the night but they got to eat lunch at the dining hall daily which is more like a food court:)  We have a few more summer plans left before school starts (3 weeks from today)!  I have to say that school starting in September is one reason living in Michigan isn't so bad.
